I am a former NCAA Division II student-athlete having competed for the Tusculum Pioneers Men’s Soccer Team across two seasons in the United States. During this time I studied and graduated with a Bachelor of Art’s Degree in Sport Science
Coming from a sporting background I have a huge passion and desire for fitness and understand the importance and benefits that exercise can bring to an individual’s physical and mental wellbeing
When it comes to training and helping people achieve their goals, I believe there is no ‘one size fits all’ approach. Every individual is different and therefore I tailor all of my sessions, programmes and nutritional advice to the client’s needs to ensure maximum results and enjoyment of the process.
